Recruitment and EOR specialist

International Recruitment and Employer of Record specialists seek a seasoned recruiter to do business development for their EOR devising which provides South African employees to the US, UK, and Aus. You will be hunting for clients in the UK, and market our EOR service to them. The beauty of a EOR service is you get recurring commission and don't start from rand 0 every month to get commission. Yes, you will also be recruiting South African employees for the internationals and make commission on that too. You would need to have at least 5yrs recruitment experience, have a good acumen for business and business processes and preverbally been to the university of life. I'm looking for someone who has worked on CRMS and ATSs and has a good working knowledge of SA legislation and contracts. This job is selling but also requires client management. I'm looking for someone who is capable of been a big biller but also someone who can mange people as you will be part of a 10-person team been trained to manage and train 5-10 less experience Recruiter and EOR specialist once you are useful in your role as Recruitment and EOR specialist. If you are a sales legend, have recruitment and management experience then this role is for you. You will receive training and assistance in your first 3 months. I wont even look at your CV if you are a job hopper or if you have not been successful as a recruiter. You will make commission off your placements and commission of your EOR employees, and once successful you will also make a percentage of your teams turnover. You will be provided with the tools of the trade, a fast fiber line and an inverter.
