We have an exciting opportunity for an Outbound Transportation Analyst in our Transportation team.

Department Overview:

The Outbound Transportation Team is responsible for all transportation to/from our Retail stores, Wholesale and E-Commerce customers.

The Transportation Team is part of the Venlo supply chain division.

This role reports directly to the Senior Manager Outbound Transportation.

The Outbound Transportation analyst is responsible for all data analysis of our outbound and returns – cross brand for Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors.

What You’ll Do:

TRANSPORTATION

  • Responsible for all transportation management reports such as KPI’s, CPU’s, RFP/RFQ’s & SOX.
  • Host and prepare Quarterly revenue recognition calls to update the business on our FQ/FY targets.
  • Collaborate with the transportation team of Coordinators and administrators to further improve reporting and results.
  • Participate and prepare data for Carrier MBR’s and/or QBR’s.
  • Prepare management reports related to ad hoc requests.
  • Drive and manage Data2Logistics, especially related to Data2Resolve.
  • Invoice management for all brands.
  • Maintain regular outbound reports.
  • Support on claims towards carriers.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with your stakeholders.
  • Initiate data driven improvements.
  • Initiate improvement to improve workflows and reduce costs.
  • Work on reporting synergies between the brands Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo.

OTHERS

  • Prepare for SOX audits.
  • Work with external and internal Audit teams and provide information.
  • Support the team on administrative tasks if needed.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Experience in (outbound) Transportation.
  • HBO or equivalent level.
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge or experience in SAP, RLM, Manhattan WMI or equivalent systems.
  • Advanced verbal and written command of English (any other language is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of supply chain.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments.
