Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Be part of a team which monitors and maintains the Benjamin cloud infrastructure 24/7 to ensure high availability and performance.
Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in real time, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal system performance.
Develop and implement robust monitoring solutions using AWS monitoring tools such as Cloudwatch, Grafana, Prometheus, K9s, Lambda, pganalyze
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to design and enhance automated systems for infrastructure management, including alerts, metrics, and logs.
Document incident reports, maintain operational logs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to prevent future occurrences.
Implement solutions to improve and ensure system uptime.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a DevOps or cloud operations role, specifically within an AWS environment.
Expertise in TypeScript, along with extensive knowledge of Node.js frameworks & PostgreSQL
Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operational setup, handling high-pressure situations and critical system issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services especially those related to monitoring.
