We are looking for a Junior Monitoring Engineer to join our team in Krakow, Rzeszow or Remotely. If you are seeking for a challenging projects in a start-up environment with high autonomy and ownership this offer is for you.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with Grafana and InfluxDB (preferable)
Troubleshooting skills
Ability to work quickly under pressure
Knowledge of English and Polish at a level enabling efficient communication in speech and writing
Good communication skills
Good computers skills

Responsibilities

Monitoring of systems, services and products offered by ZEN
Swiftly reacting to detected issues
Participating in 24/7 shifts
Maintaining and developing ZENs observability stack
Participating in incident management processes
Tech documentation creation
