Senior Program Analyst

• Support Enterprise Logging Warehouse that has been designated as one of the three centralized locations for the VA logging solution to support the VHA
• Manage, process, and report statuses on system intakes in support of VHA
• Knowledge of IT project management, understanding and experience in gathering customer/business requirements, ability to analyze data for process improvement
• Collect, understand, and document customer requirements of new intakes for VHA System and convert into applicable segments for Professional Services
• Ensure collaborations with Professional Service teams, Splunk engineers, and Implementation managers to complete intake workflow
• Schedule tasks and maintain timeline for Initiatives

• Must have knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs
• Must be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes
• Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations
• Must be able to effectively manipulate data to present program status and make recommendations on improving business processes

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree business, or related field and 10 years’ experience
• Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (18 years total)

Clearance: 

• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation

• Remote, USA
• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)

Pay Range:

• The pay for this position ranges from $47,240 to $69,500
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
