Property Coordinator – 12 Month FTC

Location Commutable distance to Winchester / London. Arqiva offer a hybrid working model whereby site visits tend to be more meeting dependent

We’re seeking an individual who can excel in administration tasks related to our landlords and leasehold properties. As a team member, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication between leaseholders and property owners.

The role

  • Co-ordinate the payment of rent to landlords
  • Monitoring and updating lease records
  • Dealing with rent reviews & lease renewals
  • Interacting with our landlords, surveyors and finance team
  • Accurate and timely transaction of landlord requests, letters, telephone calls
  • Support internal and external audit requirements as needed.
  • Ensure that landlord records are updated and completed for all transactions in order to meet financial requirements and maintain the integrity of system data.

The person

  • Ideally a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in property administration transactions
  • IT literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Highly numerate with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral skills, along with effective communication skills, with the ability to structure communication to meet the needs of our landlords
  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
