You support our team as
Deputy Sales Manager - PU, West (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Managing sales target, receivables and develop Polyurethane business in Western India.
- Ensure to achieve the annual / monthly sales and gross margin targets.
- Manage distributor and work with them to grow the sales and collect payments.
- Visit potential / existing consumers to understand their requirements / resolve their queries on need basis.
- Plan introduction of new technologies to improve market effectivity and product line management.
- Participate in the department’s monthly business reviews and share necessary market inputs and updates with the management
- Communicate with target customer and managing customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activity.
- Conduct product trials, evaluate customer benefits delivered leading to new business development.
- Working experience in car seat manufacturing process or Polyurethane processing plant will be an added advantage
Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering/Science in Chemistry with 4 to 6 years of experience in a Multi National Company.
- Knowledge on Polyurethane processing and manufacturing - preferred
- Experience in sales/ techno commercial of Specialty Chemicals is preferred
