Calling all Pharmacists with PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) - this job is for you!

We are looking for individuals to review and complete criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure.

Requirements

Previous pharmacy experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) required.
Skilled in prior authorization
Appropriate state license required in the state of residence.
Bachelor's Degree Required, Pharm D Preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience although 2-5 years is preferred.
Basic computer skills
