Your missions

About the Role

In this role, you are a highly motivated individual who can empower and engage the Corporate Office Administration team. You will be responsible for supporting and developing the teams objectives and build strong relationships with leadership, vendors and cross functional partners. You will embody Customer Curious and Own it, Do It, Done by helping leaders prioritize calendars and work cross-functionally to help get work completed.

Responsible for the overall office operations, lease and space management and continually seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience
Provide positive and professional development to the team by creating opportunities for development and encouraging employees to communicate their career goals
Build cross functional partnerships and consensus
Influence strategy for area/team

Who You Are

Broad knowledge of office practices, operations, and policies and procedures
Ability to work independently and take ownership for multiple projects involving different customer groups, and manage multiple projects and prioritize them accordingly
Excellent project management, interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to develop and maintain good relationships
Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
