Job Title: Marketing Manager

Salary: $1,500/month

Working hours: M-F; 9 am to 6 pm MST | 12 am to 9 am Philippine Time

About the Job:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team and company. The Marketing Manager supports the work of our marketing director and executives on marketing campaigns, social media, digital content, and strategies directed at increasing our company’s leads and website traffic. Your role is to support the creation of high-quality content for our industry-leading sexuality education and certification company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, in a combination of images, short form video, and written content.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and identify trends to improve content strategy. 
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy
  • Identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities 
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on insights. 
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to identify opportunities and make recommendations for marketing strategies. 
  • Graphic Design: Basic graphic design tasks such as creating social media graphics, email banners, and other marketing collateral using design tools. 
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries. 
  • Understand the company mission, brand, color palette, and marketing tone, and maintain alignment with the company’s values  
  • Continued personal and professional development

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with online brands, startups, or working within a marketing team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software). 
  • Strong proficiency in Social Media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc. 
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite 
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). 
  • Video editing skills are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 
  • Highly detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
