Job description

As a Senior People Partner you will join an experienced and innovative team that takes end to end ownership for all people related processes - with the direct goal of becoming one of the best employers of Hungary. You will be reporting to the Chief of Staff and assist our go-to-market leadership team.


You will have the chance to create, maintain and improve employee experience globally for Bitrise with a focus on our global go-to-market team's well-being and efficiency. This role includes elements of recruitment, learning and development, organisational design and requires in-depth knowledge of compensation & benefits.


Main responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with the go-to-market leadership team to develop and grow a scalable organization model that supports and delivers against the long term growth strategy of the business.
  • Lead and advise on talent acquisition activities and focus on getting new hires to effectiveness as quickly as possible.
  • Provide advice and challenge leaders on how to effectively deliver on initiatives within the business.
  • Ensure appropriate performance management and employee development initiatives in place across our go-to-market organisation to support both employees and leaders. 
  • Provide leaders with the coaching and tools necessary to accelerate their business relationships, develop their people and improve team results.
  • Take part the establishment of our company wide enablement programme.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, preferably in Human Resources
  • 3+ years of HR business partner experience
  • Relevant and recent experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits and learning & development
  • Hands on experience with go-to-market teams and leaders
  • People first mindset
  • Experience working remotely
  • Experience in a start-up, scale-up environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English
