Are you a seasoned recruiter with a passion for leadership and a proven track record of driving successful hiring outcomes? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team in the role of Team Lead Recruiter. 

As the Team Lead Recruiter (Coordinator), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the recruitment process within the company. Your primary responsibility is to lead a team of recruiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while maintaining a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and implement effective strategies to attract and select qualified candidates.

Your Tasks
  • Team Leadership:
  • Provide guidance and leadership to a team of recruiters.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Monitor and assess team performance, offering support and feedback as needed.

  • Recruitment Coordination:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
  • Manage the scheduling of interviews and other recruitment-related activities.

  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and source potential candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates for further evaluation.

  • Interview and Selection:
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the evaluation of candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and team performance.

  • Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.

  • Language
  • Professional proficiency in the English language is required.
  • Knowledge of other international languages is an asset but not necessary.

  • Requirements
  • High-speed and reliable internet with a minimum of 50mbps
  • CPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5/ i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
  • Internet and electrical back-up in case of power outage
