Physical Therapist -Permanent Position in Morgan Hill, CA

Position: Physical Therapist

Location: Morgan Hill, California

Start Date: July 1st, 2024

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary Range: Up to $60 per hour

Facility Type: Senior Nursing Facility

Bed Capacity: 99 beds

Job Description: Intercare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a team at a senior nursing facility in Morgan Hill, CA. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of up to $60 per hour. As a Physical Therapist, you will work Monday to Friday, with no weekends required, providing essential therapy services to residents in our 99-bed facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop effective treatment plans.
Implement therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical health.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
Proven experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
