Job description:

We seek a driven and detail-oriented Creative Strategist to join our Ads Department!

As a member of our video editing team, your role goes beyond assembling images; you'll become a storyteller, continuously delving into consumer psychology and the latest marketing techniques and establishing profound connections with our audience.

With more than five established brands in the US market, we get to work in a multitude of niches. Plus, we don't rely on a cookie-cutter approach. Instead, we tailor our strategies to each brand, ensuring our advertising stands out in a crowded marketplace.

How you’ll spend your day:

  • One of your key tasks is to create comprehensive strategies and briefs for video editors. These documents outline the goals, target audience, key messaging, and creative direction for each ad campaign.

  • You leverage your understanding of consumer behavior and effective marketing tactics to design strategies that resonate with the target audience.

  • You collaborate closely with internal content creators and user-generated content (UGC) contributors to gather assets and ideas for ad campaigns.

  • Throughout the day, you continually monitor the performance of ongoing ad campaigns. You rely on data-driven insights to make necessary adjustments and improvements.

  • Creativity is at the core of your role. You continuously brainstorm and pitch new ideas to the Ads Department, aiming to keep the content fresh and engaging.

  • You provide support and guidance to your team of video editors, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
    Regular check-ins and feedback sessions are part of your daily routine to ensure the team's growth and development.
