Job description

Working As a Lead Salesforce Applications Manager, You Will

  • Take ownership of the Salesforce scope, providing overall leadership, guidance, and direction on approach, execution, and delivery.
  • Work with business application stakeholders to ensure tactical business-IT alignment and timely delivery of agreed scopes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and frameworks, including RFP and architecture decision processes.
  • Ensure quality status reporting for the entire App scope and successful App migration delivery as part of the IT TSA Exit program.

Qualifications

  • Ability to take ownership of the Salesforce scope, providing overall leadership, guidance, and direction on approach, execution, and project delivery.
  • Capability to manage a team, motivate, and support team members in achieving project goals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and understand their needs and expectations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including its capabilities, features, and best practices for implementation and management.
  • Ability to assess the technical aspects of Salesforce projects and make technical decisions.
  • Ability to make architectural decisions regarding Salesforce infrastructure and solutions.
  • Experience working with various tools and technologies related to Salesforce.
  • Experience in application migration, including planning, execution, and monitoring of the migration process.
  • Knowledge of techniques and tools supporting the application migration process.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.

We offer

  • Rate up to 270,00 PLN/h + VAT
  • Remote work from Poland, but in the initial phase of the project, visits to Boston every 2 weeks are required (2-3 days), later occasionally.
