Delta Faucet is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the Director of Omnichannel Analytics. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by elevating the role of analytics in the brick-and-mortar and online retail channels. As a leader in the industry, we are committed to delivering flawless products and services to our customers, and we need your expertise to help us achieve this ambitious goal. You will be accountable for managing and developing a technical team of analytic professionals focused on crafting actionable insights to optimize performance and drive incremental growth. Working closely with other cross-functional business leaders, you will use insights rooted in data to inform customer, product, pricing, assortment, marketing, brand, and channel strategies.

This position will be hybrid with expectation to be in the office 2-3 days weekly.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop an analytics vision for the brick-and-mortar and online retail channels and architect a roadmap to deliver on that vision.

  • Manage and develop a team of high-performing analytic talent.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations using advanced analytics techniques on multiple data sources to guide decision making for DFC’s retail channels.

  • Develop interactive and visual dashboards to highlight trends and opportunities.

  • Guide team in development of statistical and predictive models to gain market insights.

  • Design experiments and manage market mix models to optimize online marketing tactics.

  • Partner with Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) on cross-functional analyses, data roadmap, and merging of behavioral and attitudinal insights

  • Continuously assess opportunities for purchasing/acquiring new data sources and market insights.

  • Manage relationships and contracts with existing data and insight vendors

  • Partner with IS and Analytics COE to expand data capture in cloud environment and ensure data integrity.

  • Educate and inform OmniRetail Leadership Team and Delta Faucet Executive Team to drive more data-informed decisions.

  • Identify important performance metrics and create strategies based on data analysis to enhance our omnichannel marketing campaigns.

  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and effective approaches in analytics to ensure our company maintains a leading position in our field.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in agile, cross-function environment with product, marketing, sales, engineering, and analytics teams.

  • Strong knowledge of data analysis methodologies and tools, such as SQL, Python, PowerBI, or Tableau.

  • Knowledge of the retail industry with experience working with or for a major brand, manufacturer, or retailer.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complicated information to individuals without technical backgrounds.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.
