Job Title: eCommerce Compliance VA
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated eCommerce Compliance Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the legal team to ensure compliance with Amazon policies and all eCommerce regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with an ability to research and synthesize laws, regulations, and Amazon policies that govern eCommerce businesses. This role will require some interface with mid-level to senior-level client contacts as well as internal marketing, operations, technology, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Researches laws and regulations related to the advertising, labeling, and selling of consumer goods on interstate commerce, such as FDA and EPA regulations.
Researches and becomes familiar with Amazon policies to help Amazon sellers stay in compliance with Amazon guidelines.
Under the supervision of legal counsel, drafts Amazon appeals, Plans of Action, and relevant documents to resolve compliance issues.
Collaborates with internal departments to resolve compliance issues and develop strategies for preventing future compliance cases.
Opens and manages new cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve escalated issues.
Acts as a key point of contact for managing and addressing daily requests from internal departments and company clients.
Assists legal counsel with gathering, tracking, managing, and preparing documents for compliance investigations.
Efficiently manages a workload of daily deliverables across multiple clients and categories meeting accuracy, efficiency, quality control, and brand standards.

Qualifications:
1- 4 year of regulatory/compliance experience.
Experience with eCommerce or digital content preferred but not required.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and listening skills.
Ability to contribute at all levels of the business, from high-level strategy to day-to-day hands-on operations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and multiple internal teams.
Ability to manage heavy workloads, prioritize work appropriately and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills including strong attention to detail.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
