Talent at NexHealth

It's an exciting time to join the Revenue Operations team and help our Sales function scale. Our SaaS platform has a strong need by doctors with a very compelling value proposition.  50% of doctors who see a demo will sign a contract within 2-4 weeks. The team is growing primarily out of our Lehi, Utah location with an aggressive plan to build a team into the hundreds over the next 18 months. Leading operations for our Sales team will provide many growth opportunities over the coming months and years.

This role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations and is initially responsible for managing and improving our existing operations for SaaS Sales. You will collaborate with leadership at all levels of the Go-to-Market organization.  We are looking for the right candidate with critical thinking and data-driven qualities who has a passion for solving problems in creative, scalable ways.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and improve the Weekly Business Reviews, QBRs, Monthly Retros, and SKOs.
  • Own sales process adherence.
  • Own data within sales processes to improve execution.
  • Own forecast to plan, gap analysis, and sales planning.
  • Own connection between Sales and Finance.
  • Tie pipeline together across Sales and Customer Onboarding.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in operating roles at growing startups
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role support sales operations
  • Competence with sales management: you understand the fundamentals of B2B software sales and what it takes for managers and salespeople to be successful.
  • Ability to get things done: you have a track record of driving success within a high-growth sales organization
  • Stakeholder empathy: you care about helping the teams you support and are skilled at performing research to uncover their true needs
  • Thrives with Ambiguity:  you are adept at prioritization and execution of goals that deliver the most value for your stakeholders with a strong degree of independence and autonomy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication: you’re a force for clarity and ensure everyone’s on the same page for systems, processes, KPIs, and initiatives.
