Our company is seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing various operational tasks while also engaging with customers to provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating Printing and Materials: Manage the coordination of printing materials, ensuring timely and accurate production.
2. Employee Schedule Coordination: Coordinate schedules with employees to optimize workflow and task assignments.
3. Onboarding Emails: Write and send onboarding emails to new hires, providing essential information and support.
4. Customer Support: Answer phone calls to address customer inquiries and provide assistance when salespeople are busy.
5. Resume Creation: Create resumes for students based on a provided template.
6. Job Board Monitoring: Watch job boards, send alerts to students when relevant jobs become available, and provide support in job application processes.
7. Workstream Monitoring: Monitor various workstreams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
