Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced home managers to oversee the daily operations and management of a region of our luxury, vacation rentals.
Required:
3+ years coordinating maintenance-- working knowledge of basic appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC, etc-- all at vacation rental resolutional pace
5+ years of property management experience-- managing contractors, guest resolution, housekeeping, etc
Self-managed, problem solving expert, high expectation for your work
Passionate about the industry, strong customer service background, professional communicator
Responsibilities:
Guest relations/resolution-- solve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to the home
Property maintenance-- own preventative maintenance measures, coordinator repairs and resolutions, oversee routine inspections, prepare cost analysis for projects, prompt and cost effective solutions to issues
Property management-- manage your team of in-field contractors within your portfolio, oversee quality assurance, manage schedules, timelines and expectations
Financial management-- review invoices, prepare cost analysis reports for larger projects, familiarity with insurance claims, comfortability with negotiating pricing and property budgeting, knowledge in warranty claims
Risk management-- assess and mitigate risks related to property operations, implement safety and security measures for guests, manage frequent and necessary inspections
This is a full-time contractor position that pays $20k annually.
