Kaleida Systems, Inc., part of the Fullsteam organization, is the leading provider of Internet-based (SaaS), business management software and support services for the Home Health Care industry.  eRSP™ enables agencies to manage their business from CRM, service delivery through billing and payroll.  Our primary industries served are Senior Care, Supported Living, Assisted Living Communities, and Interpreting. Kaleida Systems, Inc. is headquartered in Matthews, NC and was started in 1999.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy new functionalities for applications using our existing technology stacks (Java, ColdFusion, Flutter, Angular)
• Provide technical expertise to the development team, including architecture, design, and code reviews
• Ensure infrastructure is maintained, stable, and performs to SLAs
• Oversee the execution, and delivery of development projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints as outlined by executive management team.
• Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to increase overall quality in collaboration with product manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of fulltime and outsourced developers
• Oversee hiring of development staff
• Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, costs, and technology infrastructure, to support development projects and initiatives as outlined by executive team. organize and lead meetings with both the outsourced and inhouse development teams as seen fit to cohesively work together to accomplish projects

Primary Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in developing Web, SaaS, or Mobile products
• Strong hands-on experience in developing applications using Angular, Java and JavaScript
• Strong hands-on experience deploying to and leveraging the native services offered by Azure
• Experience with SDLC tooling, such as Jira and Git/Bitbucket
• Experience with CI/CD methodology is a big plus, including tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience executing and delivering within an Agile methodology
• Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ColdFusion is a plus
• Prior experience with Card Payment processing or Medicaid/insurance billing is a big plus
• Very good written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative spirit

This position is 100% remote. The candidate would need to have a suitable work environment set up as their home office and be comfortable managing their own schedule in a non-corporate office environment.
