As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will be pivotal in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our production systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate operations, enhance our DevOps processes, and support our development and production environments. Your expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, and various monitoring and automation tools will be critical to our success.

Requirements

- Strong Azure Experience:

Extensive experience with Azure services, architecture, and best practices.

Proficiency in managing Azure resources, networking, and security.


- Strong Kubernetes Experience:

In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and components.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.


- Site Monitoring and Incident Management:

Proficiency in using monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to track system performance.

Experience in incident management and root cause analysis.


- Ops Automation:


Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.

Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).


- DevOps Optimizations:

Proven track record of improving DevOps processes and implementing CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.


- Build Times and Load Testing:

Experience in optimizing build processes and managing build systems.

Knowledge of load testing tools and methodologies.


- Developer Experience/Automation:

Ability to create tools and processes that enhance developer productivity.

Experience with automation frameworks and development workflows.


- Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Azure and Kubernetes.

Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
