The Team and Job Summary 

We are seeking a D365 F&O System Analyst II to join our Information Technology team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skillset to support our team triaging, configuring, testing, and deploying enhancements related to items such as invoice formats, entity setup, sub-department creations, yearly rate changes, workflow optimization, project planning as well as advanced helpdesk ticket support for D365 F&O.  

 

The Analyst II collaborates with key business stakeholders, architects, and development partners, to ensure seamless functionality, user support, and system enhancements. Please submit your resume in English.

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Configure, maintain and upgrade Dynamics 365 F&O to meet business needs. 
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. 
  • Implement and manage system integrations with other enterprise applications. 
  • Provide technical support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving system-related issues. 
  • Conduct user training sessions to promote efficient utilization of the system's capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement customizations within Dynamics 365 F&O. 
  • Ensure system security by managing user roles, permissions, and access controls. 
  • Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and best practices. 
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and user guides. 
  • Generate regular reports on system performance and usage metrics. 
  • Assist with data migration and creating customizations for mergers and acquisitions. 
  • Work with the Corporate Systems team to implement feature requests and ongoing customizations. 
  • Support project backlog and work with the manager and/or leadership to prioritize. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Professional-level fluency in English. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Systems Administrator is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O system administration, configuration, and customization. 
  • Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 F&O. 
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting system issues and implementing solutions. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. 
  • Familiarity with finance and project-based business processes as well as experience working with finance and accounting teams and technologies. 
  • A stable high-speed internet connection and quiet working environment. 
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to plan and lead initiatives independently. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent collaboration, communication skills, and technical troubleshooting abilities that will be used to analyze and resolve business system problems; must be able to provide documentation when required. 
  • Highly motivated individual – you must be proactive, enthusiastic, agile, show initiative, and be good at multitasking. 
  • Ability to notice the little things and triple-check processes and information for compliance and accuracy. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with agile/SCRUM development framework a plus.
