Your missions

Wallarm, a leader in API security, is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end organization of branded regional API Security Summits, partner events, local events, and tradeshows. This role focuses on the execution of our existing marketing strategy to convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning and Execution:
    • Organize and manage branded regional API Security Summits from start to finish.

    • Source and secure venues, coordinate logistics, and handle all event details.

    • Identify and recruit relevant speakers and panelists for events.

    • Ensure all events align with Wallarm’s branding and messaging guidelines.

  2. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with the sales team to understand target audiences and event objectives.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to develop event content, including presentations and demos.

    • Collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

  3. Lead Management:
    • Implement lead capture strategies during events to ensure high-quality lead generation.

    • Work with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

    • Track and report on lead conversion rates and event ROI.

  4. Event Promotion:
    • Execute promotional plans to drive attendance and engagement for events.

    • Utilize various marketing channels (email, social media, etc.) to promote events and attract attendees.

  5. Budget and Vendor Management:
    • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

    • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.

  6. Performance Tracking:
    • Monitor and analyze event performance metrics.

    • Provide regular reports on event outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
