Human Resources Manager - Architectural Engineering (BIM)

About the Role: 

This comprehensive HR role focuses on attracting and acquiring top Architectural Engineering talent with a strong understanding of BIM, while also ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience across the entire HR lifecycle. You'll be a strategic partner to hiring managers, playing a key role in understanding their specific needs and developing targeted recruitment strategies. In addition, you'll be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee relations. 


Responsibilities: 

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted strategies for attracting BIM-savvy Architectural Engineering talent. 
  • Source, identify, and attract top-tier Architectural Engineering candidates with a deep understanding of BIM. 
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing with the best candidates. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources relevant to BIM Architectural Engineering. 


Employee Relations & Engagement: 

  • Oversee onboarding and orientation of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. 
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for Architectural Engineering staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 
  • Manage performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and fostering employee growth. 
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits programs, ensuring employees feel valued and supported. 
  • Implement strategies to promote employee engagement and retention, creating a positive and productive work environment. 
  • Manage HR technology systems to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. 
  • Conduct exit interviews and implement learnings for improvement in the employee experience. 


Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Architectural/ Engineering candidates will be given preference. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR process management. 
  • Experience in the Architectural Engineering industry is a plus. 
  • Familiar with BIM technologies is a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and the full HR lifecycle. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • A passion for building strong relationships and fostering positive experiences for both candidates and employees.
