Job description

Our Client is a leading Charity operating across Ireland supporting some of the most marginalized individuals, couples, and families experiencing Homelessness.
Currently Hiring an experienced Support Worker for their Mayo Operation. Full time 35 hours per week – we are open to flexible working arrangements Permanent Contract.
A work permit will be provided.                               
           Key Responsibilities
  • To collaborate with every service user to earn their respect and trust while handling challenging or troubling circumstances with tact.
  • To work in a multidisciplinary team with a focus on holistic methods
  • Supervision of clients, giving special consideration to clients in need of intensive care and providing assistance as needed.
  • Adhering to the damage minimization concept while providing residents with a high standard of dignity, care, and support.






Requirements
  • One year of compensated experience assisting clients with complicated demands.
  • Have completed a Third-level Qualification or QQI level 5 in social care or another suitably related area.
  • Working remotely or alone previously is advantageous. solid familiarity with the procedures and frameworks used in risk assessment
