As the HR Manager at Flying-Crews.com, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between aviation professionals and airlines across Australia (AU), Canada (CA), the United States (USA), the United Kingdom (UK), the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and New Zealand (NZ). Your primary responsibility will involve identifying, curating, and posting airline job openings on our platform while ensuring accuracy and relevance.


Key Responsibilities:


Research and identify aviation job openings in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.

Collaborate with airlines to understand and fulfill their recruitment needs.

Create and post accurate and comprehensive job listings on the Flying-Crews.com job board.

Regularly update and maintain job listings to reflect the latest opportunities.

Engage with aviation professionals and job seekers to ensure a seamless experience on our platform.

Qualifications and Skills:


Previous experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in the aviation industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Knowledge of aviation recruitment trends and practices.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).

Research and identify Job openings within the Aviation industry in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.

Collaborate with Airlines to comprehend their recruitment needs.

Create and post Job listings on the Flying-Crews.com Job board, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Regularly update and maintain Job listings to reflect the latest opportunities.

Engage with Aviation professionals and Job seekers to ensure a seamless experience on our platform.

Monitor Job listing performance and make data-driven improvements to enhance user engagement.

Establish and maintain relationships with Airlines and Aviation industry stakeholders.

Work closely with the marketing and communications team to promote Job listings effectively.

Collaborate with the development team to enhance the user experience on the Flying-Crews.com Job board.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Aviation recruitment.

In this role, you will engage with six Airlines daily for 30-45 minutes each to source new openings from their career sections. You'll also visit the official websites of these Airlines to source additional opportunities. Your findings will be promptly published on our Aviation Job Board, complete with a shareable URL link and relevant hashtags for promotion on LinkedIn, Linketree, and Instagram. Additionally, you'll be responsible for tagging the respective Airlines.

As an HR Manager, it's essential to maintain a strong presence on all major Social Media Platforms including LinkedIn, Linktree, and Insta. Moreover, we are one of the largest providers of online Aviation Internships, and you'll be responsible for overseeing this aspect as well.
