Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. We are now seeking an Attorney with 2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees;

Member of the State Bar of California, in good standing;

Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability;

Excellent written and oral communication;

Commitment to proactive case management;

Experience in Merus is preferred but not required;

Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams preferred but not required.

Salary Description
$80,000 - $225,000 per year Plus Bonus
