Position: Product Manager - Consumer Mobile Applications
Location: Remote OK - If living within 31 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin, TX will need to be able to work a hybrid schedule
Salary: $110 - $130K/yr d.o.e.
Position Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our native B2C mobile app, designed to provide a seamless and intuitive experience for our consumers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the app meets the needs of our users and aligns with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
**Product Strategy and Vision:** Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the mobile app, aligned with the company’s goals and consumer needs.
**Market Research:** Conduct market and user research to identify trends, opportunities, and user pain points. Translate these insights into actionable product features.
**Roadmap Development:** Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business goals, user feedback, and market analysis.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure the successful development and launch of the mobile app.
**User Experience:** Advocate for best-in-class user experience. Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging app interfaces.
**Product Management:** Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
**Data-Driven Decisions:** Utilize analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product.
**Stakeholder Management:** Communicate product updates and insights to stakeholders, including executives, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Qualifications:
**Experience:** 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, in fintech & mobile app development initiatives. Experience in Mortgage Lending, Personal Loans, Auto Lending will be a plus.
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
**Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, technologies, and frameworks.
**Analytical Skills:** Proficient in using analytics tools to track and measure product performance. Experience with Amplitude will be a plus.
**User-Centric:** Deep empathy for users and a commitment to solving their problems.
**Leadership:** Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
**Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
**Adaptability:** Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
