We are seeking a talented and creative
Video Creator - Hindi to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with excellent scriptwriting skills in
Hindi. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire video production process, from conceptualization to completion, and should be capable of taking ownership of projects.

As a
Video Creator - Hindi at The Better India, you will:
Video Production: Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create engaging and high-quality videos in Hindi. Take ownership of the entire video production process, ensuring the timely delivery of finalized projects.
Scriptwriting: Develop compelling and well-crafted Hindi scripts that align with the project objectives. Ensure the scripts resonate with the target audience and convey the intended message effectively.
Storyboarding and Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and storyboards that complement the script and project goals.
Production Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary resources for video production. Oversee and manage all aspects of production, including shooting, editing, and post-production processes.
Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of quality across all aspects of video production, including visuals, sound, and overall presentation. Conduct thorough reviews to ensure the accuracy and cultural appropriateness of Hindi scripts.
Creativity and Innovation: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the overall creativity and uniqueness of video content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Creator with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong proficiency in Hindi language, including excellent scriptwriting skills.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in producing Hindi video content.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of current trends in video production and social media platforms.
