Brief

We are growing, and we need your help! With a heritage in delivering complex integration projects in more recent years, Integrella has started to build up application development capabilities. We would like to enrich our team with a new role of Senior UI/UX designer .

We are looking for a versatile, and creative graphic and UI/UX designer that will be a guiding light at Integrella in designing engaging and productive user experiences for our clients digital products and eye-catching marketing materials to win Integrella new business.

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, page navigation buttons and search fields
Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
Select images, colours, fonts for use on website, applications (digital products for desktop or mobile devices), and sales materials (PowerPoint deck, sales brochures)
Leading storyboarding workshops and other research activities to develop user centred UX/UI designs
Design eye catching and engaging digital and print ready sales and marketing materials such as sales decks, LinkedIn posts and proposal documents
Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how websites and applications function and look
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
Conduct graphic design, UX and UI adjustments based on stakeholder feedback
Design, implement and maintain corporate website
Define and maintain brand identity, style guidelines for company that is suitable for use on website, digital and printed materials
Adhere to brand style standards and guidelines on fonts, colours, and images
