Position: Technical CSM - Customer Success Manager for AI/ Software/ Marketing/ Analytics
Preferred: Hybrid/ Remote with Downtown offices in Austin, TX


About Us

Adriel is a B2B SaaS startup that has raised $20M to date and we’re growing rapidly. Our product is a full-feature marketing suite that includes connections with 650 different ad platforms, data transfer (ETL), a real-time dashboard, and an automated ad optimization tool. We are actively adding new features weekly. You will be able to learn a lot working directly with the founders while sharing your valuable experience with Adriel’s growing team. We are looking for smart and motivated talent who can wear multiple hats. Our goal this year is to grow our market share in North America.


The Job

Adriel is looking for an enthusiastic Austin, TX-based Technical Customer Success Manager to join our in the United States. You’ll report directly to the Director of Customer Success & work daily with Adriel’s CEO and CTO. This is a cross-functional role that spans sales, implementation, and support. As a CSM, you'll partner with our sales and client success team and be our customers' primary sales and technical point of contact. You'll take a consultative approach with customers, identifying pain points and leading proof of concepts to help customers evaluate Adriel as a marketing data reporting & visualization tool.

You will serve as a product and industry expert, effectively describing & demonstrating the Adriel product, and you will be a trusted point of contact for our customers.

As a representative of Adriel solutions on the global marketplace, you will be reporting key findings and business requirements back to our product team to further product development. With a deep understanding of our prospective customers’ needs and interests, you will also be playing a key role in Adriel’s marketing strategies ideation and value proposition.

Our current clients range from medium self-served companies to large enterprises with many different needs. You may meet customers in Austin, Dallas, Houston in person. Meetings with other regions will be done online.



Requirements

The Role

     Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at brands and agencies.

     Serve as a product expert to proactively manage and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.

     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and support to customers.

     Facilitate customer training and onboarding to ensure successful adoption and usage of our product.

     Meet or exceed performance targets for customer retention, adoption, and upsell.

     Aid in the development of client-facing training documentation

     Communicate closely with our product team to address clients' needs and requests and ensure we have the product-market fit.

     Stay up to date with digital technology trends and competition to provide accurate information to our clients and internal team.




Who you are:

     Excellent familiarity with the SaaS and marketing analytics ecosystem

     Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

     Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written; you can make complicated topics, clear and succinct.

     Empathetic, patient, and passionate about teaching and helping others.

     Driven, ambitious, and autonomous.

     An analytical mindset and a creative spirit.

     Confident working in a fast-paced environment where you’ll wear many hats.

     Open to brainstorming and participating in growth conversations, marketing strategies, and product enhancements.

     Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.



Experience

·         Experience working at a digital marketing agency or in a marketing analytics role.

·         Experience with Data Analysis, Data Visualization, SQL, Zapier

·         Familiar with navigating GA4, Digital marketing channels

·         (Preferred) Proficient in C, C++, JavaScript, Python, GitHub, Shell Scripting, PHP, WordPress

·         (Preferred) 4+ years in marketing, marketing analytics, technical account management, implementation/onboarding, or related field

·         (Preferred) 1 year at a SaaS company
