Talent Scout with Cold Calling Expertise

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your cold calling expertise to identify and engage passive talent for open positions.
  • Conduct in-depth conversations to understand candidate skills, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Generate excitement for our company culture and the benefits of working with us.
  • Qualify leads and schedule interviews with the hiring manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions in our ATS system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven success in cold calling and building rapport with potential candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a high call volume, and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to building strong relationships.
Bonus points for:
  • Experience with a CRM or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Knowledge of specific industries relevant to our company.
