We’re wanting to grow our Talent Acquisition team, and we can’t do it without you. This team is paramount to the success of Avomind, and you’ll be supporting right at the heart of everything we do here, and how our business will be shaped for the future.

Want us to be a bit more specific? You got it! You’ll be responsible for overseeing & managing numerous recruitment projects from kick-off through to deal-completion. You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the project and make sure that we are successfully closing open roles at our clients.

The ideal candidate for us will have exceptional organisational and comunicational skills; a strong affinity for leadership; and a deep understanding of the recruitment process.

What you will be doing:

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates to ensure close alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage client feedback and translate this into project deliverables.
  • Allocate internal team members to active projects; monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure their success.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • You have proven experience (at least 3 years) working as a Project Manager (or similar) in a recruitment agency or service-providing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with international and remote teams
  • Strong English skills, and additional languages are a bonus!
