Job description

This is a remote position.


Spektra Systems is looking for Sales lead for CloudLabs (https://cloudlabs.ai ). This role is ideal for passionate sales professionals, enthusiastic about making impact in how cloud and other modern age technologies learning & upskilling. You love taking ownership of launching GTM campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.

CloudLabs is a hands-on labs and upskilling platform for ISVs & Educational institutes for various enablement, training and upskilling scenarios. CloudLabs integrates with Azure, AWS & GCP to provide world class hands-on and sandbox experience for modern technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Take charge of the sales process from qualified lead to deal closure, ensuring a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored CloudLabs solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to secure new business and expand revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings based on market feedback.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Provide timely and detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to the leadership team.
  • Hire, train and lead a team of high-performing SDR's and Account Executives as the company grows.
  • Upskilling on CloudLabs and be the product expert, lead customer presentation etc.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven B2B SaaS/Ed-Tech/Cloud Services sales closing experience,with a strong record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Successful track record of planning and rolling out GTM strategies in relevant industry.
  • Well versed with Cloud industry eco-system around learning and upskilling and the trends
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to collaborate with seamlessly cross-functional teams, including inside sales, product marketing, growth, customer success and product.
  • Outstanding verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities. Metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders.
