As a pricing manager in our Property Pricing organization, you’ll lead a subset of pricing operations responsibilities as well as pricing for the specialty property products. You'll lead a team that influences rate level decisions, advances property's tools/processes, and implements rate revisions for products such as condo, renters, manufactured home and umbrella. The team includes a combination of direct and indirect management of associate manager/supervisor and analysts. You’ll collaborate with Pricing leaders to influence department tools, methods, and work environment, as well as working directly with assigned product managers and other stakeholders such as product development and product delivery. **

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics).
  • A minimum of five years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting) including two years in a supervisory/management role.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior pricing experience
  • Proven management/leadership skills
  • Extensive knowledge of pricing process
  • Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, as well as listening
  • Ability to use formal and informal networks to manage change and accomplish goals

Compensation

  • $97,400 - $139,200 /year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
