Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans that align with organization’s objectives across multiple channels including, but not limited to, website, email, social media, lead funnels and paid advertising.

  • Managing all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on strategy, within budget, and producing desired results.

  • Analyze data and campaign performance using KPIs to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into campaigns as appropriate.

  • Manage a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction as needed.

  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as PR, Creative, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts.

  • Develop detailed project briefs and timelines for the execution of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Create and manage content calendar to ensure timely and relevant publishing of content across all channels.

  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust campaigns accordingly to stay ahead.

  • Generate monthly reports on campaign performance and present findings to upper management.

  • Identify new opportunities for the growth and expansion of digital marketing programs.

  • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines and the brand image of each client.



Requirements
  1. Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, and Business.

  2. At least five (5) years progressive experience in digital/marketing analytics, with demonstrable examples of success and accountability

  3. At least three (3) years of experience leading successful team campaigns.

  4. Experience with a variety of tools in digital marketing, such as Online Technology, Website Development and Website Advertising tools.

  5. Experience driving revenue growth and customer acquisition by implementing innovative digital media strategies.

  6. Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and partnering across multiple internal and external teams, incorporating innovative and flexible problem-solving to ensure delivery and success.

  7. Creative thinker with a flexible, approachable attitude with creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to challenges.

  8. Analytics and results-oriented, defining and prioritizing metrics to drive business outcomes.

  9. Deep understanding of social media and digital marketing practices.

  10. Strong attention to detail.

  11. Knowledge of consumer behavior, with demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to inform marketing strategies.

  12. Experience with marketing and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords, etc.
