Head of Finance

Position Overview:

The Head of Finance will manage all financial operations of the investment fund, including financial structuring, tax planning, and investment analysis. This role involves significant involvement in due diligence processes and providing financial consulting to portfolio companies. Additionally, the Head of Finance will be responsible for building and leading a finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Fund Management:

• Overseeing the financial structuring of the fund.
• Managing tax planning and financial reporting.
• Handling financial aspects of opening companies and managing internal assets.
• Ensuring accurate and compliant financial practices.

2. Project Analysis and Due Diligence:

• Working with the analytical department to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Conducting financial due diligence on potential projects.
• Analyzing financial risks and advising on investment decisions.
• Participating in strategic planning and financial forecasting.

3. Consulting and Support for Portfolio Companies:

• Providing financial consulting on company structuring, tax optimization, and financial management.
• Reviewing and reconciling monthly financial reports and budgets from portfolio companies.
• Assisting portfolio companies in creating profit and loss statements (PnL) and other financial documents.

4. Leadership Responsibilities:

• Building and leading a finance team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
• Setting goals and managing the performance of the finance team.
• Ensuring the finance team supports the fund's strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Significant experience in financial management within the investment or gambling sectors.
• Strong knowledge of tax planning and financial structuring.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
• At least Intermediate proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Ua/ru speaker.
