The role
Data is key to drive our commercial strategy, digital capability and sales operation. We’re centralising our team to help create a comprehensive data strategy to enable data driven decision making at all levels of our organisation.
This role optimises both the commercial delivery and strategy of the On Trade through the leveraging of data, analytics, and insight.
Reporting to the Category & Commercial Strategy Director, you’ll create the strategy and lead the team who will support the organisation to drive our competitive advantage through data driven decision making and shaping our commercial strategy. In addition, this role will accelerate capabilities in advanced analytics to support our digital and data transformation agenda.
You’ll identify a future vision and define how this enables more optimum decision making. As tools and data sources evolve, you’ll need to adapt and optimise to ensure best practice can be delivered. This is a truly exciting role as you’ll be able to shape, bring others on this data journey with you and deliver with impact.
The candidate
This is a truly exciting role, so we’re looking for a leader who’s able to bring others on the data journey with them. Selling the vision and delivering the end goal whilst keeping the relevant stakeholders and wider business updated is key.
You’ll be leading a talented team of analysts, so we’d love someone with experience in leading cross-functional, analytical or technical teams.
