Job Title: Chat Mail Process

Salary: 47k to 60k

Additional Benefits: Laptop, Up to 20-50k fixed PM allowance, Joining bonus of 45k, Reference bonus of 40k, and other benefits.

As a part of the Chat Mail Process team at Revolut, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat and email channels. Your role will involve addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat and email.

2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

3. Provide accurate information regarding Revolut products and services.
