**Job Summary:**
As a Remote Certified Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for designing unforgettable travel experiences while offering the highest level of customer service. You will leverage your knowledge of travel destinations, booking technologies, and industry trends to tailor vacations that meet and exceed client expectations. Training, certification, and errors and omissions insurance will be provided to ensure your success and professional growth in this role.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Design, plan, and book tailor-made travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel documents, insurance, and health/safety requirements.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination knowledge, and new offerings from travel partners.
- Manage travel bookings and coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
- Handle travel emergencies or changes with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and financial transactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a travel consultant, agent, or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of various travel destinations and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in travel or tourism is a plus.
