About the job


We are looking for a dedicated Associate Solutions Architect to help our customers create cutting-edge technical solutions that helps them build better and more efficient apps. Become a pivotal player in our Customer Experience Team, shaping the mobile tech landscape with your passion for solving complex challenges with elegant, scalable solutions.


As an Associate Solutions Architect, you will build and maintain important relationships with our customers - not just from the personal but from a technological side as well. Ou customers are coming from diverse backgrounds, so you will have to rely on your deep technical knowledge, expertise and creativity when it comes to solving their requests. At the same time, collaboration doesn't stop there. Your role also includes bringing new development opportunities to our Product Teams. 


 Main responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted advisor to company customers, demonstrating how the company addresses their business requirements
  • Remain up-to-date on industry best practices, allowing you to act as a subject matter expert within company and for our customers around mobile development best practices.
  • Collaborate with the company product and engineering teams to provide feedback and industry trends to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Work with developers from our largest customers to debug complex Mobile DevOps issues, with a high focus on CI/CD.
  • Act as technical escalation point for global support team.
  • Be a thought leader for company in the marketplace, including attending conferences, hosting webinars, writing blog posts.
  • Assist the Customer Success Managers to provide technical consultancy during the onboarding of Mid-market and SMB customers.
  • Build deep relationships with technical champions within our customer base to enable them to become company advocates.
  • Drive successful business outcomes across our enterprise customers through educating, training, designing and aiding in implementation of their company solution.
  • Help shape and execute on our strategies that lead to strong user adoption.


Requirements

  • 1-3+ years relevant experience in a Solutions Architect or Post-Sales Engineer role at a technology company
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of building and nurturing customer relationships 
  • A driven, enthusiastic and “can do” attitude coupled with the desire of end-to-end ownership
  • Basic technical skills to confidently discuss customer needs and business goals - and a desire for continued learning! 
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • A willingness to travel onsite with clients as needed
