Required skills

• Fluent in German
• Working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer care or call centre experience desired
• Sales Experience
• Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

• Confident, adaptable, and Empathetic
• Pleasant and positive attitude
• Basic tech knowledge
