Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Development Lead with strong expertise in ReactJS, Elastic Search, AWS OpenSearch, and basic SQL understanding. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in front-end development and AWS services, along with a proven track record of leading onsite and offshore development teams.
Key Responsibilities-
- Lead and manage the development team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS.
- Implement and manage search solutions using Elastic Search and AWS OpenSearch.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and database interactions.
- Utilize front-end technologies including Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS for responsive web design.
- Deploy, manage, and scale applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, and others.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Coordinate with offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of development experience with a focus on web applications.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and front-end development.
- Expertise in Elastic Search and AWS OpenSearch.
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and others.
- Experience with front-end technologies like Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven experience leading onsite and offshore development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of modern development tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
