The Field Operations Manager directs, develops, and oversees clinical services supporting the goals and objectives for the Cardiovascular Service line including, quality management, information technology, financial performance, staffing and regulatory compliance. The Field Operations Manager also supports sales efforts through performing site assessments and leads the implementation of interventional cardiology service lines. We are seeking candidates with a strong Cardiovascular background.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and executes implementation plans for new site launches or new cath lab launches at existing sites
On-going site management and strategic development
Interviews, evaluates, and selects cath lab staff and service line directors for new and existing sites
Monitors and manages ongoing performance of cath lab staff and service line directors
Assists client sites with set-up and execution of quality management programs, such as NCDR
Performs audits of charge capture and billing practices for client sites and makes recommendations for improvements
Performs additional duties as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or combination of Associate’s degree plus equivalent experience
Five (5) years clinical experience as a cath lab RN or tech
Active RN, RCIS, RT or ARRT designation
Minimum five (5) years of management experience and demonstrated understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment
Master’s degree in business or healthcare management field, preferred
Self-sufficient, strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Excellent ability to communicate processes and procedures in a training environment
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills within a service environment
Excellent organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills
Strong administrative and coordinative skills
Exercises accuracy and attention to detail, as well as discretion
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
- Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation Range
$104,400.00 - $130,500.00
Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K w/ employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
