Position Overview:

As an Ad Hoc Data Processing/Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and processing data according to our company's standards and procedures. This role requires high attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data from various sources into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
  • Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist with data cleaning, sorting, and organizing as needed.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on processed data.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Adhere to data confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • This is an ad hoc position with flexible hours based on project needs.
  • Prior remote work experience is a must.
  • Candidates must have reliable internet access and a suitable working environment if working remotely.
