Overview:
Cleary Gottlieb, a preeminent global law firm with 17 offices on four continents, created ClearyX, a separate business unit within the firm, to focus on building alternative models of legal services. ClearyX uses a unique combination of technology, people and process to create efficient, high quality legal services and products to support the firm and its clients.
ClearyX is seeking to hire a Project Manager to support the design, implementation and ongoing management of various legal projects and services. The ideal candidate will have an interest in technology, a heightened attention to detail, and a solid understanding of project management principles and practices.

We are a fully remote team, and this role is a permanent, full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of project management practices tailored to ClearyX projects and work streams.
- Mapping legal processes and workflows to aid in the identification of areas that could be improved upon or automated.
- Leveraging legal project management expertise to anticipate the needs of stakeholders and add value through the creation of innovative and proactive legal project management solutions.
- Working with ClearyX personnel and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are on time, on budget and within scope.
- Creating reporting metrics and processes to track ClearyX work and incorporating this data into project presentations and reports.
- Identifying areas of waste and opportunities for improvement across all areas of ClearyX’s work
- Tracking, managing and reporting on project budgets.
- Supporting new product development efforts.
Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent project management credentials;
- Minimum 2+ years managing projects in a professional services environment;
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, technically inclined
- An undergraduate or college degree or diploma;
- Familiarity with basic office software and interest in/comfortable learning new technologies;

The estimated base salary for this position is $50,000 and $60,000 USD at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance. This role is non-exempt meaning that it is overtime pay eligible.
