Job Title: API Developer - LATAM
Location: Remote (CST Timezone)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM CST

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer with expertise in Python, JSON, API, SQL, and PowerBI. This role involves developing and supporting integrations with HaloPSA and other essential tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across our systems. The successful candidate will be a critical member of our agile development team, responsible for designing, testing, and deploying robust integration solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy integrations using Python, JSON, API, SQL, and PowerBI.
Utilize Postman for testing and debugging API calls and responses.
Adhere to secure web development practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Develop and support Azure Runbooks for the automation and orchestration of tasks.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
Document and communicate the design and functionality of the integrations effectively.
Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders within an agile framework to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Requirements:

Proficient in Python, JSON, API, SQL, and PowerBI.
Experienced with HaloPSA or similar PSA tools.
Solid understanding of Azure Runbooks and Azure DevOps.
Proficient with Postman and secure web development practices.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

At least 3 years of experience with Python, JSON, API, SQL, and PowerBI Development
At least 2 years of experience with HaloPSA or similar PSA tool
At least 2 years of experience with Azure Runbooks and Azure DevOps
Familiar with HaloPSA and other data sources such as Microsoft Intune,
Microsoft CSP, Cisco Meraki, Auvik, and SentinelOne.
Experience working in an agile environment and using tools such as Jira, Git, and Azure DevOps.
