Become an Outcoder as a Senior UX/UI Designer

What you’ll need to be successful:

Solid Experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer
Portfolio in English is a must with a good showcase of your work
Design thinking: understand users, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems to reach innovative solutions.
Wireframing and UI design: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
Prototyping and testing
Developer handoff: Information must be communicated to the developers clearly and effectively for a smooth handoff
Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong Client Facing Experience
Problem-solving skills / Proactiveness / Ownership

Time management / prioritizing their tasks effectively
