Requirements
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them across various channels including Voice, Chat, Email, and Social Media

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate between different communication channels seamlessly.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and rotational week offs.
  • Availability to work in different shifts from 7 am to 2 am (9-hour shift).
  • For female employees working night shifts, willingness to work until 8 pm in-office before continuing work from home.
  • Openness to paid overtime as per business requirements.
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred but freshers meeting all requirements and competencies will also be considered.
  • Willingness to undergo telephony rounds to assess verbal communication skills prior to the interview.
  • Proficiency in grammar with the ability to pass a grammar test.
  • Comfortable working from the office.
